We provide a 7-day checking warranty from the date of delivery to ensure your satisfaction. Exchange or return requests are accepted within 7 days and will only be processed after the returned item is received by us. Products must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition with complete packaging.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, and in case of a refund, shipping charges may be deducted depending on the package weight. Refund requests are processed within 7–14 working days after receiving and verifying the returned product.
